La Union Grassroots Program
The La Union Grassroots Program is brought to us by the La Union Surf Club in collaboration with the United Philippine Surfing Association (UPSA).
This event is organized by the La Union Surf Club, headed by club president, Marven Abat, and UPSA National Coach Ian Saguan.
This event is made possible by MVP Sports Foundation and is recognized by the Philippine Sports Commission and Philippine Olympic Committee as part of UPSA’s mandate to promotion and oversee the development of surfing in the Philippines (see REPUBLIC ACT No. 6847).
