In partnership with the United Philippine Surfing Association (UPSA) and the Aparri Surf Club, this program is supported by the Municipal Government of Aparri, created to help guide and inspire the next generation of surfers through structured training and life values both in and out of the water.
Big thanks to Mayor Dominador Ambo Dayag, Councilor Dian Dayag, ASC incorporators Karl Gorospe and President Deo Gorospe for helping make this possible.
And of course, thank you to the Aparri LGU.
The first surf event in Cagayan Valley will take place at the beachfront in front of DENR, Barangay Punta.
