Calicoan Odyssey Waves 2025 is presented by the Municipality of Guiuan through Mayor Annaliza Gonzales Kwan, Vice Mayor Veronica Cabacaba Ramirez and the SB Members.
Co-presented by the Province of Eastern Samar through Gov. RV Evardone and the Department of Tourism-Region 8.
Sanctioned by the United Philippine Surfing Association (UPSA), and recognized by the Philippine Sports Commission and the Philippine Olympic Committee.
Organized by the Guiuan Tourism Office in collaboration with the local surf clubs: ABCD Surf Camp, Calicoan Local Surfers Association, Backyard Surf Company, and Samrayan Surf Boards.

- Transportation: To reach ABCD Beach, visitors can take a ferry from Matag-ob Port in Leyte to Calicoan Island and then rent a motorcycle or tricycle to get to the beach. For a more convenient alternative, you may take a flight to Tacloban City then travel by land for 3-4 hours to Calicoan Island or via Borongan Airport then travel by land for 2-3 hours to Calicoan Island.
