This event is brought to you by the Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur through the Municipal Government of Cabugao.
This competition is sanctioned by the United Philippine Surfing Association (UPSA) and is is recognized by the Philippine Sports Commission and the Philippine Olympic Committee.
