Safe Surf Open 2024 is the 4th Leg of the 2024 Pilipinas Surfing National Tour. This event is brought to you by the Provincial Government of Camarines Norte through the Provincial Tourism Operations Office of Camarines Norte and Municipal Government of Daet.
This competition is sanctioned by the United Philippine Surfing Association (UPSA) and is is recognized by the Philippine Sports Commission and the Philippine Olympic Committee.
Safe Surf Open is organized by the Camarines Norte Provincial Tourism Council in collaboration with the Bagasbas Surfer’s Club Incorporated.
