The UPSA Technical Team serves as the officiating panel for every sanctioned surfing event. Each panel is composed of International Surfing Association (ISA)-certified judges for both shortboard and longboard disciplines, representing regions from across the Philippines. Judges are carefully selected by the UPSA Planning Committee and the Head Judge from the National Judges Roster to ensure fair, consistent, and world-class competition standards.
