The United Philippine Surfing Association is the sole recognized National Sports Association (NSA) for the development and promotion of surfing, granted by the Philippine Sports Commission through R.A. 684.
Since its inception, UPSA has been at the forefront of promoting and expanding the sport of surfing in the country, helping to create opportunities for all stakeholders—both athletes and enthusiasts alike. As the official NSA for surfing, UPSA is committed to spearheading a transformative journey in the Philippine surf industry, with a clear vision of elevating it to an international level.
